How do I schedule an appointment?
Call the James Graham Brown Cancer Center at Taylor
Regional Hospital at (270) 789-9999 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday. It is recommended that you arrive early to your first
appointment to give yourself extra time to complete registration
information.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
Although a referral is not required, it is
recommended. If you have been diagnosed with cancer, please bring a copy of
your medical records, any current lab work and x-rays with you.
Will my health insurance be filed?
The Cancer Center will file your insurance for you.
Please remember to bring your health insurance card to your first
appointment. The Business Office will work with patients facing financial
hardships.
How do I get prescriptions filled?
Your doctor will give you any prescriptions needed,
which can be filled at the pharmacy of your choice. To get a prescription
refilled, call the Cancer Center during normal business hours.
Where can I schedule outpatient tests?
Taylor County Hospital can perform your laboratory
tests and X-rays including CT-Scans and MRI or you can choose the location
and have the results sent to the Cancer Center.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the lot in front of the
building. A patient drop off area is located at the front door.
